Authentication and Commercial Sales
The Edward E. Boccia Artist Trust is the recognized authority for the authentication, provenance research, and scholarly documentation of the work of Edward E. Boccia.
Commercial sellers, including galleries, auction houses, dealers, and online marketplaces, are expected to obtain authentication from the Trust before marketing a work as an authentic Edward E. Boccia artwork and before relying upon the Trust’s catalogue information, provenance records, or scholarly research in connection with the sale or promotion of a work.
Any artwork that has not been reviewed by the Edward E. Boccia Artist Trust has not been authenticated by the Trust. The Trust makes no representation regarding the authenticity, attribution, or originality of works that have not undergone its authentication process.

Authentication fees support the Edward E. Boccia Artist Trust’s ongoing scholarly research, archival preservation, educational initiatives, and stewardship of the artist’s legacy.
Fees are non-refundable and compensate the Trust for professional review and research. Payment of a fee does not guarantee authentication or inclusion in the Trust’s records.
The Trust reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to decline any authentication request or to determine that insufficient evidence exists to render an opinion.
